Ravi Nuguri graduated with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) and became a Scientific Officer in the Indian atomic energy industry, developing safety critical control systems. After earning post graduate diploma in Software Technologies, he designed and implemented a tiered architecture data acquisition system to monitor nuclear reactors.
Later, Ravi mastered Program Management at Tektronix, successfully delivering multiple software products around the world, including a Gigabit ethernet compliance solution which greatly increased sales of oscilloscopes in that sector.
Following his successes in the test equipment sector, he honed his people management and executive skills in the Engineering Services Industry, leading teams in HCL, LTTS, Altran, Centum, and V2. In recent years, Ravi was CEO and CDO, responsible for P & L of 175M $ US, managing 2,000 distributed and remote team members, and nurturing customer relationships. His experience spans multiple sectors, including Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Servers and Storage, Semiconductor Equipment and ISV. From managing M & A to creating Indian Development Centers, Ravi used his passion and creativity to improve profitability.
